Your Human Resources Record

Your personal file is retained in Human Resources Services. Its contents are carefully guarded to ensure that only authorized individuals are allowed to view your file. Those that may see your file are restricted to yourself, and those in Human Resources Services.  FOIP legislation prohibits all others from seeing your file without your permission. 

You may see your file provided you give Human Resources Services ample notice. If you are union represented or if you have a grievance, you may bring your union/association representative with you to see your file.

Nothing can be removed from your file but if you feel that there is erroneous information contained in your file, you have the option of adding clarifying information to your file.
